The reasons people decide to practice are all different - everyone will naturally experience varied EFFECTs. There is no one way to be in yoga & MY APPROACH IS TO SHARE AN EXPLORATIVE MOVEMENT & BREATHWORK PRACTICE WITH YOU WHERE there is absolutely no rush or judgement. No matter who you are, where you are from or where you have been your yoga practice CAN BE a time to embrace your individuality & cultivate positive wellbeing.

I AM A YOGA TEACHER LIVING, PRACTICING & TEACHING IN GLASGOW - CURRENTLY TEACHING ONLINE EXCLUSIVELY.

I FIRST TRAINED AS A TEACHER IN 2017 WITH DHUGAL MEACHEM & HAVE kept learning since, also Incorporating PRENATAL, postnatal & preconception practices thanks to my studies

with BLISS BABY YOGA .

TO BE HONEST, I WASN'T REALLY SURE WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR WHEN I FIRST STEPPED IN TO A STUDIO MYSELF! I WAS INTRIGUED FOR A LONG TIME BEFOREHAND BY THE IDEA OF YOGA - i was drawn to A PRACTICE WITH A BODY & MIND CONNECTION BUT I just didn't know if IT WOULD WORK FOR ME. IT TOOK FINALLY MAKING THE TIME TO SIGN UP TO A CLASS & REALLY, REALLY FEELING LIKE I NEEDED TO MOVE MY BODY & try something different TO GET ME THERE.

WHEN I DID, I FOUNd the simplicity of noticing the nature of my breath & moving in a different way to the way i did in my day to day life gave me A NEWFOUND APPRECIATION OF MY BODY THAT KEPT ME GOING BACK & BACK AGAIN. i KNEW THEN & I KNOW NOW THAT WHEN I PRACTICE, I give myself the best chance of FEELing STRONGER & CALMER. PEOPLE TURN UP FOR SO MANY DIFFERENT REASONS - PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, BOTH, maybe not sure. in any case it doesn't matter - this really is a practice that can accommodate everyone & the common bond is that yoga makes US FEEL better on some level & REMINDS US WE ARE CAPABLE OF MOVING IN new WAYS. 

my sessions utilise intuitive movement combined with classic postures & explorative breath work & are centred on moving at your own pace, building ease of motion

& reducing tension.
